3. Account Registration

Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on your account, including the inability to make deposits, play games, or process withdrawals.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your laro10 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.
4. Account Security

4.4 laro10 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. laro10 will endeavour to notify the account holder promptly in such circumstances, subject to any applicable legal or regulatory constraints.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. laro10 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), debit cards, and bank transfers to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. laro10 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind, nor credit card deposits for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on the laro10 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. laro10 is committed to complying with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. laro10 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities and to withhold funds pending investigation where required by law.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. laro10 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available upon request.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 laro10 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. 10. Intellectual Property

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 11. Limitation of Liability

11.2 laro10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your laro10 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 laro10 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. laro10 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude laro10's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
12.1 laro10 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
14.3 laro10 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that laro10 has acted in breach of applicable regulations may raise a complaint with the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
